About the Role

Gerizon Technologies is looking for a freelance Virtual Assistant to support the revival of an e-commerce brand on Shopify. This is a contract/freelance engagement focused on advertising, social media, and store content support, working under Gerizon's management alongside our AI automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid social/ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive traffic and sales
• Create and schedule social media content (posts, stories, reels) to rebuild brand presence
• Update and optimize Shopify product listings, descriptions, and promotional banners
• Monitor ad performance and report on key metrics (CAC, CTR, conversion rate)
• Coordinate with Gerizon's team on campaign strategy and content calendar
• Use AI tools (e.g., Shopify Magic, ChatGPT/Claude, Canva AI) to speed up content creation and ad copywriting

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store (product pages, collections, basic theme edits)
• Social media marketing and paid ads experience (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar)
• Strong written English for ad copy, product descriptions, and social captions
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) for social/ad creatives
• Self-directed, reliable, and able to work remotely on a freelance/contract basis

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce brand relaunches or dormant store revivals
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify Email, or similar email/SMS marketing tools
• Basic understanding of SEO for product listings

About the Role

Gerizon Technologies is hiring a remote Admin/Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day back-office operations of an Australian e-commerce/wholesale client (Gabee) on an ongoing basis. The role is centered on NetSuite administration alongside marketplace and Microsoft 365 support. This is a pressing hire — client wants the role filled within the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders in NetSuite
• Create and maintain products/items in NetSuite
• Prepare and issue customer invoicing in NetSuite, including uploading invoices
• Support marketplace and e-commerce operations (Shopify) — listings, order support, general VA tasks
• Keep stock/inventory levels synced and accurate across Shopify and NetSuite
• General admin support using Microsoft 365 (email, SharePoint, Teams)
• Use AI tools to speed up repetitive admin work where possible

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (order entry, invoicing, item/product creation)
• Experience supporting an e-commerce or wholesale business (Shopify a strong plus)
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail, especially around stock levels and invoicing accuracy
• Reliable, self-directed, able to work remotely on a regular ongoing basis
• Strong written English for customer-facing invoices and communication

Nice to Have

• Prior virtual assistant experience for an Australian or overseas client
• Familiarity with AI/cloud productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• Basic understanding of marketplace stock/inventory management

Engagement Type: Remote, ongoing (regular admin support role)
