Freelance Virtual Assistant - Shopify & Social Media Marketing

Gerizon Technologies is looking for a freelance Virtual Assistant to support the revival of an e-commerce brand on Shopify. You'll work directly with our team on advertising, social media, and store content — combining hands-on marketing skills with AI tools to move faster and get more done.
This is a contract/freelance, fully remote engagement. We're looking for someone self-directed, comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, and confident using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI to speed up content creation.
Interview process: phone screening followed by a remote/online interview. No onsite interviews — the entire process is conducted remotely.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run paid social/ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Create and schedule social media content to rebuild brand presence
- Update and optimize Shopify product listings and banners
- Monitor ad performance and report on key metrics (CAC, CTR, conversion)
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation and ad copywriting
Must Have
- Proven experience managing a Shopify store
- Social media marketing and paid ads experience
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar)
- Strong written English for ad copy and captions
- Self-directed and reliable on a freelance/contract basis
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce brand relaunches
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or Shopify Email
- Basic SEO understanding for product listings
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
